Don't bother. Look elsewhere. Asked for a king room, received a king room with no mattress, but a self inflating air mattress on a board frame, that did not work. It was like sleeping on a wood slab. There are 5 floors and a pool no bigger than a traditional built in back yard pool. The Jacuzzi will fit 10 people max. Wouldn't you think a hotel of this magnitude would have a pool and Jacuzzi that would somewhat accommodate the amount of potential guests? The ironing board that we needed before leaving for a family event, wouldn't stand up. There were to tp holders. 1 was empty, the other had 1/2 a roll, and no extra roll anywhere. We leave for the day, let the front desk know the ironing board won't stand and the mattress won't inflate. They'll send maintenance. Maintenance came, left a note they were there, but did not replace the ironing board. The maintenance guy left us note that we have to turn the dial, wait 45 minutes, then lie on it and adjust to your liking. They don't tell you at booking, check-in, or so much as even a note. We get back to our room at 11:30 PM tonight, bed is NOT made, dirty dishes still sitting by coffee maker, dirty towels still sitting in a heap on the floor. What a let down after a tiring day. Went down to the desk and person at the front desk was not helpful and could have cared less. My husband became very upset, so the "new" maintenance man got involved. He came in and took pictures of our unmade bed, full garbage cans, dirty towels, and dirty dishes from the evening before to back up our complaint to management. Two nights and neither remotely pleasant. Very, very unhappy. Hilton no longer has anything Quality Inn, or one of the mid brands don't offer, but for less, with a much better attitude towards customers.

Room was comfortable, clean & nicely appointed. Location convenient to Goodwin College and State House. Good food choices within walking distance in addition to in-house restaurant.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Self adjusting mattress left the lower half of the bed rock hard and upper half my body sunk down several inches even on the firmest setting. Have to hold the flush on the toilet for several seconds to get it to flush. TV has no on screen guide and is slow to respond to changing channels so it takes a while to move through the channels.

I stayed here for a wedding and thought it was a very nice hotel. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is but otherwise good. I was a little worried as I had to make 2 reservations as the wedding rate was only good for part of my stay but they had no problems combining them so I didn't have to move rooms. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms while basic were clean. The pool is tiny but while I was there at more there were 4 people in it. The gym is small as well but the equipment is very new. Breakfast was reasonably priced at around $11 and pretty good. The corned beef hash was terrible in a good way and I hated myself as I had multiple servings. The make your own waffle was nice as well. This is definitely a decent hotel though I would guess most guests are staying because of a wedding or conference. While the hotel only has a tiny bar there is a decent bar/restaurant walking distance.

Very nice facility. Adequate fitness center and pool. Great breakfast. Great value.
