It was great , the staff was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was kind especially Mike. the night clerk was very helpful to my special needs son Joseph who loved the pool area and weight room. Thank You so much we will  stay again at your Hampton INN & Suites.Take Care Dave, Lynn and Joseph.

Room was clean, cool and quiet. Nice amenities including pool, whirlpool, and fitness room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Good assortment of hot and cold food for breakfast, plus they opened the breakfast buffet two hours early for those of us who were competing in the Syracuse Half Ironman, and they wrote encouraging messages on all the bananas! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome 3 night stay!  Perfect location, great breakfast, clean and spacious suite.  All day coffee and cookies in the evening made me feel like I was at home!  I would definitely stay here again!  Pool, hot tub, workout room all up to date.

BED BUGS! I was placed in room 209. In the morning I had come to discover that we had bed bugs. I now have several bites all over my torso and arms. The manager "Pam" was more concerned with getting me to stop talking rather than trying to fix the situation. Now apology. No follow up. This hotel was disgusting! More downsides to the hotel. When I arrived at approx. 10:30pm the front counter employee was wearing a sports hoody. Completely unprofessional looking for someone greeting and getting you checked into the hotel. On both mornings I had someone knock on my door at approx. 8:30am. They wanted to start cleaning my room. I have never had this happen to me. DON'T GO HERE PEOPLE! BE AWARE!
