The stay was cheap enough for what my family needed which was just a place to sleep but definitely would not stay here again. The room had a very distinct musty smell (like a mixture of Ramen noodles and curry). Couldn't open the windows because they were broken, they just came right off the track. The toilet was holding on by one bolt only and it kept backing up. The key card didn't work for the back door which wouldn't have mattered but they kept the door pried open (not too secure). The vending machines are horrible too. They charge 2 bucks for a can of soda and the snacks are 2 bucks but the machine takes 1.25 the most. How is that? Lol. We like comfy beds but these beds were way too soft. Felt like we were sleeping on bean bags. Never again super 8.

Bathroom was a mess, someone used the bathroom and didn't flush, toilet paper was almost done, both rolls and there were dead bugs everywhere.... only good thing, I had a good night's sleep on comfortable beds

Unfortunately our experience was less than ideal. I called and made a reservation almost a week before requesting a check in time of noon and was told that they could accommodate that. I arrive at this hotel the day of check in at 1135am. No one is at the front desk and I am standing around waiting 5-10 minutes or so. The front desk attendant; who has no teeth, finally comes and I explain my reservation and that my son and I need to be at a certain place at 2. She said well we can't get you into a room til 4. I said that I may need to find a different hotel she states well you cant cancel now it's to late. She says she will see what she can do. We leave go to lunch and then I call back to the hotel it is 1 pm by this time. Still no room. So I then confirm that my 2 dogs are on the reservation and she says yes. Then she says is there a dog show or something? I stated no. I chose the hotel because it is "pet friendly". Then she goes into this story about how I can't leave the dogs unattended in the room for other guest safety but it was stated very rude. I state that's not a problem. My reservation is for 3 people; my spouse was staying with the dogs. She says she still does not have a room for me. Ok. So she has my number; it's on the reservation, but she never calls me with a room availability. After my husband heard her attitude about the dogs he was like we just need to not stay there. We found a much nicer hotel with better staff and atmosphere. Needless to say they did not own up to the reservation conditions and basically refused is service but they did charge us for the room. If they had told me no to 12 that it had to be 4 for check in I would not have reserved a room with them. I would not advise this hotel. Poor customer courtesy and service.

The rooms were clean and provided a microwave and small refrigerator the bathe room was real nice and plenty hot water the staff was helpful and friendly
