If you're just looking for the basics this is the place tv, bed and breakfast reasonably priced. Four stars for not having a fridge or wet bar.

Check-in was quick. Comfortable and clean bed, good hot shower with full water pressure. Hallways and rooms were fine with no smell as such. Breakfast was just sufficient for my travel. Three types of cereals, waffles, fruits, juices, coffee, bagel, danish, and croissant, etc. Yogurt would have been a delight. But as compared to what I pay I got more value than expected. Staff was very hospitable.

Well first we got a room in the back building. When i walked in i almost cried. Air conditioning didn't work. No wifi, smelled like death, phone had no cord, box tv. Gross. I was ready to leave. Went to desk and guy was on phone arguing with another customer and telling them they couldn't have a refund. I was like oh great! So I told him about the air conditioning and he gave us another room. It was a lot better in main building. Why weren't we put there to begin with? The back building needs to be condeemed. Nice lady that works here.

Learned that you CANNOT believe the pictures for this place!!  Reserved a NON-SMOKING room that smelled like a WET CIGAR the 2 nights we were there.  Discovered cigarette BURNS in the mattress, no bed skirt or mattress cover. 
Pics show a mini fridge and microwave, iron and ironing board in ALL of the rooms, with a small coffee pot in some of the bathrooms - NOPE!  Within minutes of checking in, I went to the Front Desk and asked about the mini fridge and the guy said. " I don't know WHY they tell people that!  You have to REQUEST a mini fridge but we don't even HAVE any!"  When I told him the pictures on the website show it, he rolled his eyes.  At check-in, I overheard him telling another customer how to open the room door with the key card - "You have to do it FAST, the doors are OLD." - or I'm sure I'd have gone back to complain of the same issue.

There was a light out in the bathroom, one of the plastic nuts that hold the toilet seat ON fell off and wouldn't go back on, the exhaust fan turns on when you turn on the light but DOESN'T prevent fogging up, the blow dryer didn't work.  NO spare roll of toilet paper, ran out Saturday night.  There was a USED bar of soap left in the shower and dried soap scum on the shower walls.  There was splatter and streaking from some unknown substance all over the walls of the room. Both night stands had a sticky substance on them.  Filth INSIDE the bedside table drawers.  Our room needs a SERIOUS cleaning!  NO clock of any kind.  Hand-written note saying how to run TV but had to turn TV off and adjust the volume  MANUALLY anyway.  Couldn't connect to WiFi at all.

This place seems to suffer from an identity crisis - the phone says Ramada Inn, WiFi says HoJo but it's branded Wyndham Knights Inn East Syracuse.

The ONLY rooms that look like the pictures are the Lobby and Hospitality Room.  First morning we went for Continental Breakfast there was 2 older men setting it up and they argued like an old married couple the whole time.  Guy making coffee said 2 of the pump pots were broken so he only made coffee and hot water.  Decent assortment of wrapped baked goods - Danish in several flavors, 2 packs of small muffins in several flavors, 4 kinds of cereal in dispensers with whole and low-fat milk, fresh batter for Belgian Waffles, several bread choices - Italian, Wheat, Bagels - cream cheese, butter, jellies.  Decent fruit selection.  On Day 2 a LARGE family - at least 12 people, adults and children - came in just after we got there and all but wiped out everything edible!  Sadly, I saw ALOT of waste from them - heard teenage boys saying they didn't want what they'd taken and a Mom saying, "Throw it out then!"  AND we noticed ANTS all over the floor near the uncovered trash can.

Day 2 (check out) I realized I wasn't given a receipt at check-in so had to ask for that.

Bottom line:
I was looking for a cheap room for 2 nights and I definitely got what I paid for.  Highly doubtful we'll return

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Yes, it's less expensive but my room had garbage on the floors, dirty towels and hair in the shower. After complaining and switching rooms, I was given a room that had mold all over the tub and dresser!! Do Not go here!!!
