I stayed here the other day they double charged my card. They have quality guests staying upstairs and social services down stairs.. The upstairs smells like weed. They bang on your doors at 9, 10, 11 am for check out. Stay elsewhere. They charge less for a non smoking room than smoking. I pay more to smoke with taxes. I do not need to get hit up at hotel. Stay somewhere else. The Social people will want you to give them everything possible.

We had a newly remodeled room. Breakfast could be better. But the price was awesome.

Stayed here while visiting family. Clean enough.  Free breakfast was rather simple with only rolls,  mini muffins, coffee and Apple juice.  Price was a bit high for what it was, but this was during the state fair, and every other hotel i checked seemed a bit inflated.

It had comfortable space, even though cleanliness was a little sub-standard. The television made up for it, however. The breakfast was okay, too.

Its not that this place is bad, I think it is just Syracuse.   The price range in Syracuse is wild. $150 is about what you will get from other places.  This hotel is outdated and either needs to be gutted or torn down and rebuilt.  I can smell the smoke from the 70s in a nonsmoking room and the bathroom is from the 70's as well.  The staff is awesome, helpful and accommodating.
