24 hr gym. The equipment is older but in good working order. The weight area has many to choose from (free weights and machines). They have a cross fit jungle gym looking thing (don't know the correct term). The pool is older and you can tell the wear and tear but for the price I pay I'm very happy with a pool. It is clean. They have a variety of cardio equipment including incline trainers and spin bikes. they have a few classes but I haven't been able to make one due to timing.

I did love it here but the working out is great but the people at the front desk well maybe it's just me but when I think you spend this much money when you say hi someone should respond back but maybe he don't talk to my kind LOL

Only Place Around, like a Monopoly. Pros: Open 24 Hours Cons: Dirty, Old Machines, Unorganized, Maintenance Issues, Expensive Dirty – Men’s locker room looks like a frat house. Machines have dirty/grime/gunk built up in them. They spend more time cleaning the stairs then anything. Old Machines – Treadmills are very old, main reason they are always broken. The free weights have the lbs written with marker because the ends have fallen off. Padding on equipment is worn or torn. Unorganized – They want it to be a spa or health club feel. They use to give table massages in the lobby. They have makeshift booths built in the corner for tanning. The person in charge of membership is also the maintenance guy. Maintenance – Well for the annual maintenance fee they require, it doesn’t go toward fixing anything. The treadmills are always broken, either missing guards, off balanced or slipping tread, the TV’s are not working/scrambled/black and white. Like I mentioned before the nomenclature for the free weights is gone and handwritten on. The pool/hot tub need to be relined and cleaned more often. Rust stains running down the walls and ceiling in the pool, ventilation is awful. Expensive – $99 Sign Up Fees, $50 a Month and annual maintenance fee. Oh yeah, if you were a customer at Golds Gym or Oak Street Gym and transferred you still only pay $20 a month. There is no equal membership rates, it’s all over the board.

Good place for a workout but need to keep up with regular maintenance on repairing machines.

Nice place to work out only problem is theres towels everywhere in the locker rooms. But i can understand that guys are pigs and can't understand why there is a basket in the room for there towels. Maybe its from filling there brains with steroids a simple thing that can't comprehend.
