I had order a Reese's cheesecake last night and save it for work the next morning. I open my container and notice mold on the inside of the container. So I decide to flip the cheesecake over and there it is mold all on my cheesecake. Never again will I order from here and there food isn't even good either. I have a child what happens if he ate some. I'm highly upset and will report this. This place deserves no stars and I don't even do reviews!!!

My order showed up after 2 hours cold. And without my drink. My order came up to 21.06. I gave the driver $40 and he only had $8 in change. Now I've been waiting an hour for my drink and change. Dont order here. Not my first bad experience.

Please don’t waste your time here, the customer service acts like they doing you a favor by letting you place a order, the drivers are rude, everything about this place is terrible. Don’t waste your time to order cause you gonna wait over an hour and still not get your food. Whomever owns the place does not care about whatever goes on, but keep in mind you get your profit from the people so if you can’t serve the people you must as well shut it down. If only I could give a no star ⭐️

I wish I could give them no stars 40 minutes and $6 for five Super fatty undercooked chicken wings supposed to be the half pound Happy's wings gross super disappointed with my first time it will be my last sticking with Hooks

If i could give this 0 stars i would. Spent $41 waited almost 2 hours for delivery and recieved a cold not even luke warm pizza soggy fries old chicken tenders and my chicken wings that were supposed to be hot wings you can tell they were bbq first! WTH?! Then I call to speak to a manager and they stepped out? BEYOND PISSED!
