I figured they would have fixed their issues but I was sorely mistaken. They only had three cars in line and they did not hand out a single order in over ten minutes. While we were waiting one of the line cooks stepped out for a “well deserved” cigarette. Then when I finally pull up because they had one car pull forward the cashier tells me they had a massive order from uber eats they were filling which was slowing them down. I have worked on lines before and can 100% guarantee there is no time for cigarettes when a big order comes in followed by three more orders. You should definitely  take your money elsewhere. The  Finneytown location is superb

The service was really bad. I waited 10 minutes for someone to wait on me, then when I got my fries they were cold and hard.The ice cream sunday looked like it the Carmel was not ready because it had lumps in it. Manager got mad when i asked about it. Me experience with this McDonald's is the worst. Out of the twenty three minutes I stood there waiting for someone to take my order and fix my food I observed nobody has any customer skills. They work as if they don't care. Only working to get a paycheck. P.S. the store number was #26577 will never eat there again.

Not a place that I have visited and when I was there the other day it reminded me why. I don't care for their food at all. The service wasn't bad

This McDs makes mistakes,  slow staff, takes time to get mocha coffee out, when it's not difficult.  Sandwiches come out not properly layered.
