My mother passed away in a hospice on a Sunday night. I needed a mortuary to take her from the hospice. I was not prepared for this and called several places with message boards on a Sunday night. I called Harper Funeral Home and was greeted by Mr. Harper himself. He handled everything and was the most professional and sympathetic of anyone I talked to that night.
I want to thank Mr Harper for being a great help in a terrible time. It's five years long overdue sorry for the late review. Thank you.

I had lost my father unexpectedly and called Harper Funeral Home. They took care of everything in a professional manner. My father was honored and had a 21 gun salute before his cremation. War Veteran Korea........4 weeks later my fiance passed unexpectedly in Albuquerque NM. I was so devastated and grief stricken, I could hardly function. I again called Harper Funeral Home and they took charge, they drove to Albuquerque NM and picked up my beloved Terry and brought him home. They gave me a free private viewing were I spent an hour or so crying and talking to Terry and paying my final respects. Each time, I received a phone call to pick up my father and Terry. I should have written this review a couple of years ago....I am now having to have Harper Funeral Home step in and take charge for a friend who just found her mother passed at home. I will use them in the future, and when I pass I will be going there also. Thanks to you Darren Harper and your staff.

thank you for helping make my brothers farewell ceremony a peaceful one. all arrangements were made out of state Harper Funeral home staff were real patient they even have nice memory pendants for sale with my brothers thumbprint it was beautiful thanks again

I just got off the phone with Scott Wilson, manager. My call was to compliment his excellent service and assistance to one of our recently deceased wards - I am a professional fiduciary.

I used to be responsible for the Maricopa County Indigent Burial Program and had substantial contact with the funeral homes/mortuaries within Maricopa County. Consequently, I became familiar with their practices.

Harper Funeral Home was very good then, and now (under new management/ownership) is among the best.

I was not disappointed with the service the guys were lovely and very careful and I guess the main thing I was happiest with is the way the guys handled the whole ceremony that we don't have to worry for anything and the ceremony winded up peacefully thanks for the service
