My wife was cremated at this facility and they had someone come in on Saturday so I could pick up her ashes.  Their normal business hours were during my work hours, so during the week wasn't possible for me.  They also were willing to mail out paperwork since I couldn't come in to pick it up.  It was a nice experience and I'm glad they made it easy on me.  I was treated well and I'm glad this could get done simply and effectively.

Putting together a funeral can be very overwhelming. Julieta took amazing care & time with my mother and I in helping make the hard choices in planning a funeral. Our appointment time ran a little over into another appointment but she never once made us feel rushed. She was very clear about prices and about the choices we had. My father was a veteran. She helped coordinate with the Veterans Memorial Cemetery for my Dad. Anytime there was any possible complication she updated me and we took care of it accordingly. Liz handled the actual funeral service on his day. Liz is absolutely wonderful!  Christian Trufin the chaplain that was recommended was thoughtful, considerate, sympathetic and insightful. Use him if you need a chaplain. Darren took great care of my father. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who asked. My father had a beautiful service because of the help that I received from Abel Funeral Services.

I lost my wife of over 30years and had no idea who to use and being devastated made it harder. After reading reviews and asking around I chose Able. Jake was very good at answering my questions and what he stated the price listed on the internet IS the price. No extra charges no trying to up sell just polite and patient. I would recommend Able to any and every person who needs a mortuary. Everyone there is polite and courteous.

Jake Coughlin helped us navigate through this experience with patience and a highly professional attitude.  We appreciated his compassion and respect for our loved one.  The services available were extremely affordable and he did not pressure us into purchasing anything above what we wanted.

I would like to Thank Jake for  everything he did to make our arrangements to be a positive experience.  He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made me feel valued. He knew time was of the essence and gave options that made all arrangements easy and efficient. His compassion shows even on the phone and he made sure I was aware of every step of the process. He is an asset to your company and I was glad he was  my personal representative.  Thank you Suzanne
