I cannot thank Crystal Rose enough for taking care of us in our time of need. We had no idea how to go about services but Maria walked us through from beginning to end and was there to answer any questions we had. She was so compassionate, so caring, and didn't rush us at all when it came to us making decisions. I have no doubt that our loved one was taken care of. Even after services, they have still continued to be as caring and genuine as the day we met to arrange services. Thank you so very much.

We needed services for an unexpected family tragedy. The entire process, from options to cost and everything in between, was completely foreign to us. Maria was WONDERFUL: warm and compassionate, intuitive about what we wanted, patient while we broke down in tears. Crystal Rose is not the 'Ritz Carlton of funeral homes', but it was quiet, soothing, comfortable, and affordable. If we ever need services again, we won't hesitate to return here.

Putting those two words in one sentence epitomizes the care and consideration you receive from this funeral home. Sadly I have had to use them twice recently for two family members. I also referred three other people to them. In a moment when grief is so all consuming and such difficult decisions are at hand, they show patience and understanding.

I want to compliment Maria Borrego for being involved in so many non profit events in the West Valley. She goes above and beyond and is always will to lend a helping hand to whoever needs it. Fortunately I haven't needed a funeral home for services yet, but Maria's heart of service will lead my family to Crystal Rose when that time comes.
