The preparation for any funeral is very heartbreaking.  My dad's funeral was no different with the exception of planning ahead and with the help of Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home. My dad, a long time resident of South Phoenix, invested in the prepayment options for his funeral service one year after the family owed funeral home and mortuary opened .  I appreciate the sincere concern for helping me and guiding me with items I would not know to question.  Specifically naming Bill, the son and Mr. William Lowman (Bill Senior), made it much easier for me without any pressures whatsoever.  And the accomodations for the service was excellent for crowd control, organization to allow family speakers, our prerecorded music and slideshow of picture presentation.  I would highly recommend their service from beginning to end. Even the staff at St. Francis cemetery spoke highly of the Lowman Family and were familiar with the family and their superb service of excellence.  Diana Sauceda for the  Services of NJ ALVIDREZ

This funeral home needs some upgrading.  I understand it's in South Phoenix, blah, blah, blah... but the owners should striven to renovate. The owners are very nice & sweet folks, however, Bill, the owners' son is quite a jerk.  1.  If an appt. is scheduled, Bill should be ready for the appt. & not be fetching docs at the time of the appt. to review them w/the customers.  It's already difficult for families to mourn the loss of a loved one, making arrangements shouldn't be so time consuming.  2.  Bill, there is no handicap tag/plate on your car, you shouldn't park in a handicap spot.  So inconsiderate.  3.  Organization is key to a successful business.  Front desk should be a bit more organized  4.  Ashes of the deceased should not  be placed on the floor under a desk.  Again, very rude & inconsiderate to do that.  5.  Electronic gadgets should be updated.  We had to work twice has hard to prepare for the viewing due to their outdated audio system, etc.  Lastly, I must say I was pleased with the viewing accommodation.  They had the earliest available dates which worked well for us considering so much family from out of town accompanied us during this difficult time.
