I went in to get my Watch battery fix
And it took just 10 minutes, they were all helpful, friendly wonderful  customer service. I would recommend going there I will be back.

I'm not one to say that I love a jewelry store because it usually means I will be spending more money than I have. However, this is hands down the best jewelry store I have ever dealt with. Not only are they extremely nice, they are helpful and not pushy. Purchased our wedding bands/engagement ring and several other pieces. Best of all, they have a layaway program! Thanks for everything Harris!

I brought in my class ring to be restored that was bent to hell. The stone fell out and was lost because a prong broke off and it was severely tarnished. I took it to another jeweler first and they said they couldn't fix it. My mom is a customer of Harris and told me to take it there and I wouldn't be disappointed. She wasn't kidding. It's like new! Worth every penny! Austin is a great employee too. Ask for him. All around great experience and fair price.

I went to Harris Jewelers back in October to have the crystal replaced in my watch which was supposed to take about a month.  Towards the end of November I got a call from them when I was in a meeting and wasn't able to answer and they were unable to leave a voicemail because I had just switched cellphone companies and hadn't set up my voicemail.  Once I got out of the meeting I called them back and they said there was an issue getting the crystal and didn't know how long it was going to be.  Once I got off the phone with them I set up my voicemail and called it from my work phone to ensure it was working.  Fast forward to January and I receive a letter from them stating I had two weeks to pick up my watch or it was going to be turned into the city.  So I go into pick it up and was told they tried calling me in the middle of December to tell me it was ready but they were unable to leave a voicemail because it hadn't been set up.  After having my watch back for about a month I tried rotating the bezel around the crystal and it wouldn't rotate anymore.  So I sent it to a jeweler back home in VA to take a look at it and they said the ratcheting mechanism that went under the bezel was removed because who ever replaced the crystal didn't cut it properly.  Now I know this is a little thing but if I take something in that is working fine for a cosmetic repair I expect it to be returned in the same working status.
