I would definitely recommend shopping here. I bought my wife's wedding ring, which after wearing for over a year now she's sill getting compliments on it. I have been able to comfortably shop there and not feel pressured to purchase above any money limits I have had in mind. 
One employee in particular always worked with me but has since changed jobs. Recently, I casually walked in not really knowing any of the current employee and expecting to just glance at their current jewellery, with only a vague idea of what I wanted. I ended up staying for almost 3 hours, got what I was looking for the next visit, and had great conversations with all the employees. 
I've always felt like at Harry Ritchie's I'm valued and treated professionally.

Love their jewelry. The jewelry display is beautiful with unique  and different designs. The staff has always been polite and knowledgeable when I have questions

My husband and I went into HR to find a anniversary band to come close to matching the gold diamond band I already have. The women who waited on us was very cool. When asked to see a band in the case and when  I put it on Irealized that the diamonds were square cut and I needed round cut. She stated it would have to be special ordered and I asked if we did that and it didn't match did we have to take it and she said yes. At no time did she offer to even  show us what it would look like. Asked about financings and she stated if we weren't in bankruptcy we would be approved. This woman was rude..  We left and went to the Diamond Shop where we were treated with respect and purchased a beautiful band even though it was more expensive it was well worth it due to the service they gave us. We will not be back to HR.  Our visit to HR was at 2pm on black friday.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Also no one was pushing me to buy something. They let me look as long as I wanted and were right there when I wanted to look at something.

I love the friendly costumer service. And the LaRock family will keep shopping here. Wife's love it.
