I got a watch for Christmas that I took to 3 different places and everyone was "scared" to size it for me because of some wood inlays on the band. I called Angela and she said " I'm not scared, bring it down and we will take care of you". That is just what she did. Angela and Kheele were incredible. Very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be going back to see these ladies. Thank You!

I was referred to Harry Ritchies to help build my credit. I first went in when I was 18, I am 20 now. The girls were all wonderful there. They have all been there a long time and are very knowledgeable. They explained everything about the credit program. The best part was I was able to get some beautiful earrings. No one would have ever financed me. I was turned down by Zales and they embarrassed me in front of other customers in the store. Harry Ritchies wasn't like that at all. I have since gotten married and we purchased our rings there too. After all this, I was able to buy a car at a lower interest rate because of my credit with this family jewelry store. They have me for life! Special shout out to the Managers Kheele and Angila, thank you!
