Shannon Opfer helped me and she did a wonderful job!  I went to a few different places and did not receive the same service I felt from Shannon.  She directed me to exactly what I was looking for and I felt as if she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect engagement ring.  I was even given a box of chocolates and bouquet for Valentines day.  Highly recommend going into Simmons and talking to Shannon for your jewelry needs!

Their customer service was phenomenal and Shannon was outstanding. She took her time explaining the difference between a diamonds cut, color, clarity and so forth. She was very patience and knew the product very well. She was very professional throughout the whole experience and they were very fast when it came down to giving me my ring after it had been resized. The store was very clean and everyone was so kind. The owner was even there on both occasions and took the time to introduce himself and chat with me and my fiance. My fiance and I felt welcomed and will definitely return to Simmons for our jewelry needs. This is a family owned business and we highly recommend them.

The customer service at this place is just unbelievably good and unprecedented to anything that I have ever seen not just in a jewellery store but in any other store I have ever visited. I truly  mean it. They are extremely helpful,humble and explain everything patiently. I was helped by Jay and Crista. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable. They  try to understand your needs and situation( I was on time crunch)  to help find what you seek. Even if you are planing for small purchase  they put lot of effort to educate you.  I highly recommend them and will visit them in future. Its worth a visit.

I'm using my husband's google account to say a big "Thank You" to Crista and Allan for my gorgeous new ring!  I went into Simmon's Fine Jewelry with no real idea of how I wanted to use two existing rings to create a new one. Crista started the process by showing me many styles of rings until we began to get a feel for what I wanted. At that point Allan joined us to turn our ideas into reality. The whole process took several visits during which Crista and Allan were friendly, patient, informative, professional and outstanding at their respective jobs. I just picked up the finished product and I could not be happier!  Thank you for my beautiful ring and for a great experience.  Gena Jansen
