Everyone at the Bend Harry Ritchie store is wonderful and so very helpful. My son bought a Reactor watch and absolutely loves it! Adrian was very helpful and really listened to what my son wanted. Aluki takes the time to show and explain about all of their fabulously different jewelry.

They made zero attempts to let me know I had a payment due they said they called and emailed and I didn't receive any calls or emails! So I lost the engagement ring I was buying and now they will not refund me any money. I will never go through them again nor will I ever recommend anyone to there.

What a great experience going to Harry Richie's! First the jewelry is beautiful and the staff was really fun and friendly and helpful. We bought our wedding rings there and then found ourselves going back for jewelry for birthday gifts and christmas. I even bought myself some diamond earrings on my harry richie's account. Which I was excited to get to help build my credit. Thanks for all the fun new jewelry!! Forever client for sure.

My experience with Harry Ritchie's was INCREDIBLE! Urszula Chance, the Store Manager, and the entire HR team are amazing! Stunning jewelry combined with excellent customer service and attention to detail define the Harry Ritchie's experience. There is only ONE place that I recommend to my family, friends and associates when it comes to purchasing the perfect diamond, watch, engagement ring, fine jewelry, etc. Harry Ritchie's!

I dropped in to ask about a jewelry repair. I was greeted right away and the assistant who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained exactly why my ring couldn't be repaired, and didn't try to sell me something else in its place. When she saw me start to slip the ring back into my pocket she gave me a lovely little zippered cloth pouch to put it into instead. I will definitely be going back for any jewelry needs I have.
