I think I've found my new anniversary solitaire here! Despite a busy Small Business Saturday crowd, the staff was incredibly patient and helpful as my daughter and I perused some high quality diamond rings. The one that caught my eye needs to be made custom for me by the jewelry designer of of the area, and the staff is working on making that happen. I can't wait to get my ring!!

I was looking for a pair of earrings to match a pair I bought in Bend 2 yrs ago. I called Silverado jewelry galley & spoke to Shayna since I live in Lebanon & couldn't go to the store myself. She was a world of help! She sent me pictures of what I described & we match the earrings!  I will definitely go back to Silverado the next time I need a great gift. Shayna was professional and patient and I should have the earrings for my grandaughter within a  week. Great customer service!

Silverado Jewelry Gallery is my happy place! I am not a fussy hair/makeup girl, so I love the fact that I can throw my hair in a pony tail and throw on a Jill Platner necklace or my favorite "exercise earrings" and head out the door and feel put together. From the way Heather and her staff treat you when you walk in the door to the quality of jewelry and options in all price points, it is my go-to place for great jewelry for myself and for gifts for family and friends. My mom LOVES Silverado and wants to go there on every visit, which is saying a lot because she is not a big shopper in general and less when it comes to things like jewelry. 

It's really an understatement to call it a jewelry store given that every piece is curated and chosen for its quality and uniqueness. I love that each artist is recognized and when you find a style and artist you love, it's easy to find more when you go back the next time (and you will go back!).

I have been shopping at SilveradoJewelry Gallery for over 8 years and I have found them to have to  THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE for a retailer. All of my friends and I think this is the Best Store In Bend,and they have been voted Best in Bend 5 yrs running. The girls are always helpful to me whether I am buying a 10.00 pair of earrings or a 100.00 pair of earrings. I love this store and they make my day when I come in. You go Silverado!!!! This store should be the model for other retails stores. You can tell EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEIR GOAL AND THEY MEET IT EVERY TIME!
