Stopped in today to ask to have my Rolex GMT Master bracelet adjusted as I had lost some weight. The young lady who helped me was very gracious and adjusted it perfectly for me, no charge. I will be back to see her for my next jewelry purchase. Thanks for your help!

There isn't another jeweler out there that I trust more than Saxon's. A family run business that makes you feel like you are a friend while providing you with the top of the line inventory and service. I have moved away from Oregon, and it should be a testament that I only let the Saxon's team work on my jewelry when I come to visit. Ron, Annette, Bruce & Natasha are all amazing! Thanks for the many years of good service!

The only word I could use to describe my experience at saxon's is superlative. I drove all over town looking for an engagement ring. I went to a number of stores before driving to saxons and looking back now I wish I had started there. Emily Cady greeted me with a smile and a warm heart. The entire time Emily was helping pick out a ring I felt like she actually cared about me as a person. I never felt like I was talking to a salesman, I felt like I was talking to somebody I had known my whole life. Emily took her time and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. Emily is a role model for all employees everywhere. I strongly recommend Saxon's to everyone. As soon as you walk in the door ask for Emily her costomer service is unparalleled.

Emily and Annie were very helpful and patient with me as they helped me find exactly what I was looking for to surprise my GF!
The whole team down there does a excellent job and no doubt they will help you in the friendliest way find what you are dreaming of!
