Story

The inception of Nashelle in 1999 began when a casual passerby complimented and asked to purchase Founder and CEO, Heather Nashelle's, personal accessories. Handmade on the floor of her living room, the desire to create drove her into the fashion industry and jewelry design business.

Nashelle has grown into a successful, yet humble, globally-recognized company. With the mission to give back and support a local and global community, Nashelle donates a plate of food to FEEDING AMERICA for every piece of jewelry purchased.

Still handmade in Bend, Oregon and proud to produce quality, personalized 14k Gold Fill and Sterling Silver adornments.

The quality of the piece I received was very low compared to the same piece I tried on at the store. The band of the ring I received was noticeably thinner, the hammered look nonexistent, and the welded spot which connects two parts together is starkly different from the rose gold it is supposed to be. The welded area looks green in daylight and yellow indoors. If I were the owner I would never let a piece leave the store looking the way it does, you should be embarrassed. I contacted you to try to see if you would correct the issues, but I haven’t heard back after I sent you the photos of the ring. I must assume you don’t care about the customers after you get their money. I couldn’t be more disappointed with your store, the quality of your product, and your nonexistent customer service. I’ll make sure to share my experience with everyone I know and meet.

Beautiful store, lovely staff, amazing jewelry. I loved so many pieces, it was hard to decide. Nor did I feel pressured to hurry or make a purchase. Also, every piece purchased donates a meal to those in need. I am glad I discovered this local gem.
