just do not waste our time going to this office. no words needed.

Dr. Hegeman needs to improve his bedside manner. He was rude and refused to listen to the patients concern.He insisted on unnecessary x-rays, even when the patient requested not for one. The patient had come for cleaning and he felt flossing was something a dental hygienist should do not a dentist. When requested a dental hygienist, he said it was not possible. For poor service, I was charged $240.00.

Looking a nicer and patient centered dentist.

Deeply disappointed by Dr. Hegeman and would not recommend him.

Looking for another dentist....
