With all the places my girlfriend and I have looked Shane Co was the best in every area I can name!!! From the time we walked in to the time we exited about an hour and a half later there was nothing bad! We were welcomed and the staff was friendly, honest, wonderful personalities and the asst. manager Ben was charismatic, incredible and knowledgeable!!! I entered the store knowing hardly anything and left with my own knowledge and knowing some lingo because of him. The selection as well pricing was and is the best my girlfriend and I’ve seen PERIOD! I as well as my girlfriend will continue to go to Shane and only Shane! Oh and the cookies were wonderful!!! Thank you Shane Co!!!

Loved just getting in the building with the awesome sales rep. They don't work on commission and are willing to make sure you know that. Would go back to them often.

The Shane Co. in Franklin have been absolutely amazing. My engagement ring is stunning and I always get the best service when I go in for any kind of maintenance (cleanings and the like). They always answer all of my questions without pushing me to buy anything and they even told me how to do a quick cleaning of my ring at home just in case I couldn't come in during the busy holiday season. If you are looking for jewelry of any kind, definitely check them out!

We had such a great experience going to Shane Co. We had shopped around at several other stores before going to Shane Co. Ben helped us and he really taught us what to look for in a good quality diamond and helped us pick rings that both of us love!

We met with Marla. Marla listened to what our ideas were for upgrading my wife’s stone in her wedding band. After thoughtful and careful consideration, we decided on going with a different band, a larger stone and putting it with the original bands on either side. The end result was amazing. We went to 3 other locations and Marla Smoot was the difference in our decision. Marla was knowledgeable, caring, and most of all listened to what we were looking for. We have found our new jeweler.
