I received an engagement ring two weeks ago that was a family heirloom. Unfortunately, it was about 2 sizes too big. After calling around to multiple stores I kept hearing the same things (not open on weekends, have to ship it out to fix, it would take at least 2 weeks to fix, etc). With the ring being so old, I was terrified of it being shipped out and potentially getting lost. After telling some coworkers, they all recommended I go to Walton's. 

I was not disappointed. Even on their day off, I received information via email from the store owner covering almost all of my questions (other than ones she'd need to see to know) and most importantly was assured that my ring would stay in-house. We went into their store on Saturday and not only was the staff incredibly friendly, they knew everything about my ring (it was even printed on my receipt!). Finally to top it all off, they finished it a few days early, cleaned and now fits perfectly!

I am so thankful for Walton's and will highly recommend them from now on!

The service here is top notch. I didn't end up buying a ring here, but not through any fault of their own. I just didn't see a style I loved beyond a doubt, but they were so gratious to spend time with me and my fiancée and even put a ring on hold for me. Love this place and will be back!

BEST Jewelry store in Tennessee!!  Really nice store, wonderful staff and great deals.  I love their collection of antique jewelry.  They will buy old stuff you don't wear anymore or trade it in on something new.

Great selection of vintage & estate jewelry. Friendly helpful staff. Store a bit small especially when crowed - Only reason is not a five.
