They are getting more efficient at getting people out of the waiting room and assited. Very helpful polite service.

The worst ER I ever went to. I was very weak and was in so much pain. The nurse was very rude. I been here 2 hours and I still didn't get called in. I will never come back to this ER.

 I received poor service from Maria Ammerman on November 26th, 2014. She failed to forward the information that I brought in to the necessary parties. Her failure to send the information to 1800 s. Chicago, which was the reason that I brought the information in, prevented me from moving in to a new apartment. I tried to help her by telling her that the information needed to be relayed to the parties responsible in processing my request. Ms. Ammerman needs to be trained in exactly what her job requires so that the mistakes she makes won't occur again thus preventing someone from receiving the necessary, and sometimes the vital service that she should be trained in giving. Thanks for the opportunity to express my displeasure in Ms. Ammerman.
