My father and I went in to look at cars for my mother and had the privilege of working with Rudy. He was a true professional. Having worked in car sales myself for just over 4 years, I was highly impressed with my experience. Rudy was personable, honest, transparent, and showed hustle. He not only cared about earning my business,  but showed that he cared to recognize our needs, and valued our time. Purchasing from Rudy was an easy decision. The sales and finance managers were also very nice, though their names slip my memory.

Love the service department!! Courteous, respectful, and they don't talk down to women, assuming we know nothing about cars (like the local Ford dealer near me). Loyal customer.

I went in for a dealer part. They could not get it. I had multiple keys made up. They did not work. Employees are nice.

Best place to buy a Ford. They go out of their way to take care of you. Ask for Hak!

Cannot say anything good about this service department except they do sell Ford vehicles here.  I will never go back.  I go to LHM and their service department is exceptional don't waste your time with Henry Day Ford.
