HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have had a car diagnosed and fixed in the past. It took about a week for the part to get there and be fixed. It was awesome. I took my Honda Civic on Monday. Thursday came around. Still nothing on the diagnostic. I asked for an estimate on how long it was going to take since I am careless, I need to schedule something with my family members to get around. So. This guy starts being soo rude. He didn't speak English well so I'm sure he misunderstood me. He was saying something about the money and how much he didn't want to charge me. So I told him not to interrupt me, I just needed a time frame. HE then goes and says he doesn't have a crystal ball to let me know.... I asked for the manager and he stated he WAS the manager. He told me I could go come get the car or leave it with them that there was hundreds of shops around him. So I ended up having to WASTE 4 days of NOTHING and go pick my car up and take it somewhere else. Absolutely horrible customer service.

These guys are quick and honest. I don't think you can ask for much more from a mechanic.
