Great people they do right by there customers. They do a great job. They have a wonderful staff. They do everything there not just mufflers. All u got to do is call and ask. I recommend if u need  something done go to Master Muffler. Thank u Phill and his staff

Sam and Phil, thank you! You guys were professional, personal, treated me fair, and you guys went way out of your way to get me in and out with my Ford Focus ST. My exhaust sounds perfect now thanks to you guys at Master Muffler. Not to mention the options of future work we discussed. It was a great visit again at this location. Highly recommended shop! My truck broke down on the road and I had it towed to Master Muffler in West Valley because it had such good reviews. However, when I got to the shop I saw that they offer a discount for positive reviews - very misleading. They replaced the clutch and sent me on my way. A week or so later the clutch froze up and I had to get it towed back in and they replaced the master and slave cylinders. I kept having to tow or drive the truck in every couple Saturdays to get the air out of the hydraulic system and get new fluid put in. After about 6 months or so of bringing the truck in every 2-4 weeks, they said that there was nothing else they could do for me. They referred me to the Ford dealership who said they would need to replace the entire system again. Lesson: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MASTER MUFFLER IN WEST VALLEY because they deliver an inferior service and do not stand by their work. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS like I was.

Being from Boston and the type of person I am  I'm very picky and I don't trust many people or places when it comes to my vehicle but I took my SUV to Master Muffler in West Valley City and they were absolutely amazing  with everything that needed to be done they are completely trustworthy. Now whenever I have a problem that's where I'll be going 👍

Was here for what I thought was a simple fix on my '13 ford escape. Turned out my entire muffler was bent. They were able to fix it within an hour without making me buy a new one. Got me on my trip. Would recommend to anyone, entire staff was amazing.
