I've left my S-10 Pick-up and my Mercedes with them overnight, and left the keys in the drop box. 
I appreciate their willingness to investigate serious issues even without much notice or an appointment scheduled as just recently happened with my truck, which required a new alternator and belt.  They had it fixed before noon the same day, and they let me pick it up the next day when I had more time.  Their prices are fair, and the quality of work is exceptional.  I'm glad my wife and I found them!  Consumers must understand that if you want the best work done especially with your vehicle where your own safety on the road should matter, your mechanic will need time for a thorough and honest investigation to make repairs.  It's not worth risking your life if your engine explodes while driving because you only gave your mechanic 20 minutes to work on a problem that required more attention.  Tunex is great!  Thanks so much, guys!

Staff is outstanding and efficient, didn't to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, was in and out quickly.
