This is the nasty most unsafe hospital I've ever seen. My mother got admitted and while waiting in the room looking around, a CRACK PIPE WAS UNDERNEATH THE BED!!!  BLOOD ALL ON THE BED!!!  
   Definitely wasn't my mother's! I go and get someone to remove it and they act like its nothing like its okay!! This place is so unsanitary its not even funny!!! I Hate This place. I would die before goin there again!!!!

New name, same terrible hospital!! I will be going to Chelsea next time. Much nicer and caring people in Chelsea. That is why I go there for all my specialist. As Ford, Allegiance, Foote get bigger so do the problems! I understand why U of M back out of the deal to partner with this hospital.

I would give zero but I couldn't. I had two major surgeries there and I will never go back to that town or hospital ever again! My major foot surgery made my foot worse than it was before the surgery and my stomach surgery was a failure to say the least. I currently relocated to another state with much better health care!

I'm just wanting to share how Henry Ford Allegiance treats people on disability.  I had an unsuccessful back surgery a year and a half ago and have only worked a few months since that time.  I have a hefty bill at Henry Ford because of the surgery.  I entered into a payment plan and have been making the payments using my credit cards as I've had no income.  I was awarded disability and the payments will start in the new year.  Unfortunately there is no room left to make credit payments.  I have spoke to several people in the business office to try and adjust the payments or just make partial payments until January and I have been told no, that because I entered into a payment agreement, nothing can be done.  I made one partial payment and called today to see if I could make a partial payment and keep it out of collections and was told no, that it wouldn't keep it out of collections.  They also wouldn't let me reapply for their discount program.  I even sent them proof of my disability award and when it would start and they still were not willing to work with me.  It's insane that they would rather settle for pennies on the dollar with a collection agency than have me pay the full amount.  I won't be having any future surgeries with Henry Ford Allegiance.

Had a horrible visit to this ER. They put me under my middle name & not my first name. When I called to correct it, I thought everything would be fine with the billing. Then I find out I'm still being charged $871 for the visit my insurance would cover. There's no way to directly call the hospital. Not to mention one of the security guards punched me in the jaw. I guess I should have sued & avoided all of this.
