In this hustle and bustle,  dog eat dog world we live in,  it's refreshing to meet and work with individuals that are honest,  hard-working,  friendly and just an all around pleasant person.  If you want to meet just that type of folks,  stop into Heritage Cooperative and meet Steve Bricker, and his " grain gang"! You'll find Steve with a big smile on his face and his sleeves rolled up and working hard. 
The best managers lead by example,  so he has a knowledgeable and hard working staff,  following his lead,  as they strive to make harvest,  and the rest of the year the most pleasant it can be. 
If you get a chance to meet Steve,  or any of the fine folks in his "grain gang", you'll soon see what a great asset he is,  to his company,  and the human race, in general!
