There aren't enough words to describe how GRATEFUL we are for the beautiful beings at Pet Clinic of Urbana! Our two dogs have been cared for by this incredible team for 5 years now, and we will NEVER go anywhere else. When someone truly loves what they do, it seeps into their work: and for Dr. Erin and this team, that is no exception. They genuinely LOVE what they do, and they treat each pet that walks through those doors as their own (which to me, is a HUGE deal). If you are looking for a Veterinary team to care for your fluffy member of your family, look no further! Pet Clinic of Urbana is the "bees knees" in my book!

My husband and I have been taking our dogs to see Dr Erin for many years. She’s a wonderful veterinarian. We actually drive from Dayton to Urbana so our dogs do not have to see any other vet. The clinic is clean and the staff is always welcoming. The prices are beyond fair. I’ve never felt like we were being overcharged or misguided by Dr Erin. She explains things well and gives us all the options when making decisions about our dogs. She treats our dogs like family, which is why we consider her part of our family!

My little dog, stinky, received such great care! The doctor was very kind and all of the employees were very thoughtful. This is lbest place to take your little friends.

We love the clinic. The dogs get excited to see the staff which is unusual for pets. They really seem to love the animals. I would recommend them to anyone!

My puppy Rhea had no issues with this place and at first neither did I.  On my last visit, I miss judged the price by $10.  (I'm human and do make mistakes).  I asked to be able to go to the bank and come right back because I was short $10.  I didn't realize the price goes up when you speak with the vet for five minutes verus my dog getting the booster shots and we leave.  I should have clarified the price the day they called to remind me of the appointment.  (Again I'm human and didn't think to ask). Instead, of treating me like a the well paying customer I had always been.  They  told me I couldn't leave without them receiving the payment in full.  So I got to set in the waiting room in front of other customers and call my husband at work.  Hoping he had the time to talk to me.  I was there waiting for over 30 minutes before he could get back to me.  It was rude and very embarrassing.  I've never been treated that way before.  Me nor any of my dogs will be using them again.  I will never be treated like that again.
