I don't usually take time to write reviews but PA Auto Sales really surprised me!! I came in ready to "do battle" to get a good deal and the surprise was, it was easy, no pressure, straight forward and an all around pleasant experience. Unknown to them, I sold cars for years so I tested them by asking questions that I already knew the answers to. They were absolutely 100% honest and forthcoming from the first contact with Gene to the final sit down with the manager Igor. I will totally recommend these guys to friends and family. They deal in volume and thrive on their reputation so they don't look to hit home runs on each deal. They are happy with base hits and your repeat business. Yeh...... They give used car salesmen a good name.

This place is very professional. I just purchased a 2011 Audi Q5. So far I love it it. The vehicle was very clean and very well maintained according to the CARFAX. I appreciate you guys working with me and getting me in something I always wanted. I am considerably happy with my purchase. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager were very helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend to anyone who buys. Thanks again!!!!!

My experience at Paautosales was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but all salesman I work with were very friendly, helpful, and honest! They worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my "new" truck. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! I'm so happy with my purchase! Thanks!

On arrival we were greeted by Robert. We had originally been interested in a black 2005 Cayenne, however the car wasn't available for viewing yet as it was still being serviced and detailed. Without exception, every car on the lot was gorgeous and immaculate. Robert showed us a 2009 dark grey Cayenne, which looked and drove like brand new. I fell in love with this car, and even though I didn't intend to make a purchase that day we made a deal. There were several stipulations that I wanted to include and PA Auto Sales followed through to the letter on each and every one of them. In the couple of days that it took to finalize the purchase, both Robert and Igor were always available by phone, and very responsive! We even had a slight seat repair that they dealt with over a week later, at our convenience, and it turned out great! I would highly recommend PA Auto Sales and Robert, if you want a quality car at a great price.

Tried to lie about how many accidents it was in. Then tried to cover up how beat up the car was. It had a CRACKED IN HALF bumper! Also had a huge chunk out of the tire wall. They never offered to take anything off the price even after we kept finding deep gouges in the paint. The only thing they offered was for their Tire Guy to fix or replace the tire the next Friday. Then they would have had to order and paint a bumper. I'm not sure why this car was even available if it's so beat up.
