It has been almost a month (2/3 Go EAGLES) since we bought our Odyssey Elite from Keenan through the Costco Auto Program.  Although Keenan is over 1.5 hours from us, we decided to go with them because we liked the price and Patrick Regan provided excellent Customer Service from the beginning.  I would highly recommend this dealership...the place is amazing...from the people there to the decor (hello service and waiting area!) And the museum on the 2nd floor (my kiddos loved it.)  Pat was always quick to answer our questions and even put a big red bow and balloons on the car to surprise my husband for his birthday (told him he could have this new car...and I still have not driven it.)  Anyway, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership and our experience with them.  Pat bookmarked for us some highlights that he thought were important in our owner's manual and was super helpful and patient when showing us all the bells and whistles our new car had.  Lastly, our financing guy was able to secure for us a great financing rate as well.  The excitement for Superbowl 52 added to the memorable buying experience.  Thanks, Keenan and I have already recommended you to friends and family.

We used the COSTCO auto buying service.  Although Keenan Honda is a 45 minute trip from our house, we found the sales agent and the dealership easy to work with and well worth the distance traveled to get there.  Although they did not have the car we wanted in stock they promised they would be able to get the car within 7 to 10 days.  They had the car for us in exactly 7 days.  The final sales paperwork went smoothly with no problems.  The sales agent spent over an hour explaining all the car features and set up the phone, Apple Play, radio, and other settings on the car.

Ryan was fantastic. We had come in a couple of times not sure if we were going to buy a car or not, just exploring options and each time Ryan greeted us with a smile. He was very personable and professional to work with! Thank you so much!

Whenever the time comes where I have to get another vehicle, I can only hope that the experience will be as smooth and convenient as Keenan's was. My salesman Max Ebeling was knowledgeable, courteous, and never failed to go above and beyond the call of duty. He was supposed to get out of work at 5 the night I wanted to pick up the car, but I couldn't make it until about an hour or two after that. He spared no hesitation in offering to stay late to see me personally and close out the deal. Give this man a raise - he said he was new to the business, but you'd truly never know that unless he told you. Overall, judging by all the friendly faces in that dealership, I can safely assume the rest of the crew at Keenan would've gone to similar lengths. Special thanks to Steve Kern as well, probably one of the most personable finance guys I'll probably ever have the pleasure of working with. Need a Honda? Look no further.

My previous car didn't have all the safety features and gadgets that my new Honda CRV has so I was a little apprehensive about driving it. Patrick took his time showing me how to work everything and now I absolutely love it! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful.  The car with the specifications I wanted came in very quickly, sooner than expected.  The whole process went smoothly.
