I've purchased 3 of my last 4 vehicles from here 2 new and 1 used. I would recommend saving yourself some time and just starting here. No games decent values on my trades and they will find every opportunity to save you money. I also want to say that the Chrysler Jeep Dodge service center is amazing as well. I had a no start condition on my 300, so I pulled the battery and brought it over to buy a new one. They gave me a new battery to bring home so I could get my car and bring it back. My original battery was in fact dead. They replaced it for free and checked that I needed an oil change, and they took care of that too! They have never let me down.

Sales Rep Matt Tingle and Sales Manager Nick, I didn't get his last name but he is the only Nick, were awesome to work with!!! I was in a lease and originally wanted to pay off my truck. As I'm buying a house within the next few months, financially, i needed to jump into another lease and keep funds liquid. These guys made it happen. They made the process smooth and simple. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. As a previous Ram owner, buying a few from all different dealers over the past decade, Reedman Toll is the ONLY dealership I will be buying from in the future. If you want a Ram, this is the place to go.

I had an excellent experience at Reedman toll auto world in Langhorne. I am having a third child and was looking for a new minivan to accommodate my growing family. I also could not afford a high car payment along with my new addition. So I spoke to the manager Kelly about my situation and she was immensely helpful, she found me an amazing deal before I walked into the dealership that night so all I needed to do was come in test drive the van and buy. Very easy, no pressure, and an amazing price for practically a brand new van. I would recommend Reedman Toll to all my friends and family!

Normally I don't have any complaints with Reedman but today my son took my vehicle for an oil change and to be checked for a possible issue. He went to the service department and said they just left him standing there for 45 minutes before offering to wait in waiting area. He said the people at desk were rude and bad customer service. He was there over two hours for an oil change and to look at a possible issue that they never found what was wrong. He is not looking forward to going back for them to keep the vehicle a few days in order the find the problem. He gets free oil changes if he goes there, he said he will pay jiffy lube instead next time. I'm disappointed in the service he received,as I used to work there and know several people who still do.hopefully that service department was just having an off day. Apparently as per reviews on f.b their service department needs an over haul of c.s employees. I did however have a great experience buying a car for myself! I was still under the weather so Rob (used car sales mgr) did everything he could to set up everything for me before I got there so it would be a short process. Chris sales man was nice and personable. Todd Johnson in finance was awesome. Thank you for a great buying experience.

Drew and his Manager Ross did an excellent job of helping me get the best deal possible on a new Jeep purchase. I’ve bought from bunch of different car dealers before Reedman, and by far, they were the most willing, kindest, patient people I’ve ever dealt with while buying a car. It took a couple visits, a few test drives and hours of number crunching before I found the perfect deal, but the staff stuck with me and refused to give up until I was satisfied. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for my next Jeep!
