Extremely disappointed tonight.  Spent the day talking to Nicole from internet sales about a particular Pilot Touring that I wanted.  We came to an agreement on price AFTER she told me it was in stock.  We chatted several times during the day and finally decided to come in to purchase it.  I have 3 children, and none of us want to spend hours at the dealership - so during the course of our phone calls/texts I had my husbands credit run for financing and verified several times all the details of our ‘deal’.  I made sure to get all of this in writing too.  One 40 minute drive and $4 bridge toll later - we arrived and a salesman said he would get the keys and all of our info from Nicole.  He brings around a Pilot Elite (which not only is NOT the car Nicole and I had been talking about, it is the top of the line model).  He then said sorry, the car I wanted was sold.  Needless to say I was livid and walked right out.  Left a message for Nicole about how upset I was.  No communication back, not even from a manager.  I find it hard to believe that the car was sold right before we arrived...Bait and switch at its finest.

Horribly disappointed. Went in to shop for new Honda Odyssey. Asked the receptionist that we need to talk to a representative and she paged for assistance. Waited 15minutes for assisstance. No one came to speak with us. A little later another couple walked in and were greeted before us. Felt very ignored and insulted. Just left their show room 5 minutes ago. No one spoke at all to us. Such a disgrace. Never going there again.

I purchased my Honda at this dealership! The entire staff was wonderful! I take my vehicle back for maintenance because their prices can't be beat! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them!

Would give Zero if I could. Brief summary: DON'T trust their internet sales. I quoted price from their website and then one of their internet sales kept contacting me pretty aggressively. I told him the price I received from other dealers and he implied that they could beat the price if I could go there. He very aggressively urged me to walk in for the deal. I brought all my documents and drove one hour in snow to the dealer, and they offered me the same price from their initial website quoting. I walked away without any hesitation. Don't believe anything they told you over email or phone. Such a dishonest dealer!
