Don't rent from Enterprise in Shreveport.  They will scam you with hidden fees.  In fact, they actually bragged to me charging customers for gas charges without advanced notice to customers.  They will charge you an extra day for being 5 minutes late. If you complain to corporate about their scamming you, then they will not let your rent from them.   That's right - you complain about their unethical conduct and the owner for the Shreveport region will not allow you to rent again.

Very rude staff member. They are located in a building with a hair salon next door. We took our son to get a hair cut and the only spot to park was to the right of this Enterprise location. Even though they have the entire fence line to the left of the building to do their transactions, their employee parked behind us to check a customer out and refused to pull up or back a little so we could leave. He was even confrontational. The manager was aware of what happened and did nothing to help. We had to wait for him to finish and for the customer to move the car. If I had not had my wife and kids in the car it would not have ended so peacefully. I will never rent a car here.

Vincent was super nice and knowledgeable! He made my rental experience fast, easy, and efficient. I even received a courtesy call from Maurice during my rental time. 👍👍👍
