They have an excellent staff. They could use more support from external team members to run smoother, but they do the best they can to satisfy customers. I am a repeat satisfied customer.

I called to rent a car no answer after continuous calls so I called the 1800 number. The agent was super friendly and took care of me. So the day of my rental I called over 3 times with no answer to set up a pickup finally someone answers and they put me on hold. I was on hold so long my call went to voicemail. I ended up going with Enterprise they setup pickup and my reservation super quick. I would not recommend this location to anyone there is no such thing as a sense of urgency nor customer service.

This was my worst experience with a Hertz location. Picking up the car was a nightmare. It wasn't ready when I got there - it was having it's oil changed. When it finally came back they hurriedly cleaned it, but didn't really check it over. The low tire pressure light was on when I picked it up, but wasn't noted because it was already 6:30. At turn in, I'm now expected to buy a new tire from their buddy down the road. All the tires needed was air, but that isn't good enough. Talk about a scam! Be VERY careful using this office! Just found out this car has been in here before for this same problem.SCAM

I'm Very Pleased with the Customer Service I Receive Each and Every Time I Rent a Car. Hertz is Number One in my Book and The Team at Their Harvey, Louisiana Location on Manhattan Blvd. is Awesome.
