Do yourself a favor. Find another service for rental. These people have the worst customer service. It took them 90 minutes to pick me up from auto collision. Then another 1/2 to rent me the vehicle because I had to wait for another vehicle to check in. Worst of all, apparently they said my vehicle claim was denied a total lie and charged my card for the rental fees. Nobody knows how to reverse charges to a card because of their error. Another wasted 25 minutes on the phone with a lady who had no clue! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I won't rent a car anywhere else. As always, it was a pleasant experience. It was a busy week with graduations and many traveling. So, incidentally, they were low on certain sized vehicles and we're completely out of some others... including one intended for me (via reservation). After a sincere apology, I was given a free upgrade. All in all... I was very pleased with my experience as well as the car given to me as an upgrade. I will,be back, certainly.

I love Hertz, but this location was a little slow (15 minute wait) and didn't have my car ready (Gold member). At the airport I walk in and 30 seconds later walk out with the perfect car.
I will give this location one more time before I take it off my list.
