Rented me a car with a slow leak in the tire.  When I called to ask what I should do (bring the car back or fix the tire myself) they asked me call a number which ended up as Roadside Services who suggested they switch out the car for me. It was just a slow leak not a flat. “Fine whatever the procedure is but it seems like a complicated way just to fix a slow leak”, I said. “No problem sir we’ll bring you a new car”. “Wow that’s great, thank you”. Two weeks ago I get a charge on my card for almost $300.00 for trading out my old car!! I called and reminded them of what happened but they refused to take the charge off saying I was responsible for the charges. I could have gotten the leak fixed myself or called AAA for free. THEY suggested I switch out my car not me! Never once did they mention that they were charging me! Would never rent from Budget again.

This was a very bare-bones operation.   I could not figure out how to drop off my car, since no Budget employee was available in the lot to direct me.  I finally had to ask a Dollar employee how and where to do it.  Then, I realized the drop-off was somewhat far from the terminal, so I had to drop off my ski equipment and luggage with the skycaps. I then parked my car in the drop-off lot and walked the key and mileage and fuel information into the terminal.   This would be okay, except that I was late for my flight and extremely stressed out by the whole process.   It would help if at pick-up the employees explained how to drop off the car.

Staff was friendly and helpful.  My only negative comment is where you drop the car off.  I wish it was a little closer to the terminal.  I was by myself and had to drag all my ski gear and luggage from an outer lot.  Maybe 100 yards or so.  In retrospect, I probably should have done curbside checkin and then brought the car to the return lot.  Next time.
