These guys really helped me a ton and went over and beyond to get us a full size Dodge truck after our work truck had a long term collision repair.  Eric called during our rental period and checked up on the vehicle quality which was perfect and he kept us updated with insurance paying for the vehicle etc... top notch people here, keep it up!

This place is horrible. Will never use again. 2016 a guy hit my rental and totaled it. I paid a $500 deductible. I have a different vehicle now in 2018 that needs fixed. Made a reservation to get another rental 3 weeks pryor to taking my car in. I have called 2 times in between my appointment to be sure I still have the right car reserved. I call the day before my appointment and they tell me they are not allowed to rent me a car and can't tell me why. They give me a number to call to get it worked out 10 minutes after they close. You absolutely suck enterprise.

liars liars liars. Every employee will tell you different things. We got a flat tire and needed a replacement vehicle. Magdalena was the agent we spoke to, she literally lied to us and said there are no vehicles available. On top of that, she sent us to fix the tire. Ridiculous. 
I called roadside assistance again they said they have couple of vehicles available. So we come back to the enterprise location and Eric gave us a replacement vehicle. 
Ruined our day, our skiing trip. Thanks enterprise!

I had to go to Silverthorne Enterprise Car Rental.  Magdalena was great.  She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient.  She was able to handle my business, answer the phone and greet incoming customers in a professional manner.  She is a real asset to the company.

I've used Enterprise for all my rentals for over 10 years. Never had a bad experience. The employees are always friendly, and quick to answer any question.
