If I could go lower than 1 star.. I definitely would. I used this location as a return for a one-way rental. There was an error on their part checking my car in which cost me an additional $284.00 out of my personal bank account. While corporate was on a 3 way call with Tammy from that location and myself, Tammy argued with corporate about her error and when corporate tried to explain to her their error, Tammy hung up. Very unprofessional!! Meanwhile, my bank account is charged $584.00 because the car I rented was showing it was returned to the wrong Airport a day later. So here is the breakdown of the expense... $100.00 for the rental, $200.00 security deposit that has yet to be released and $284.00 in additional charges due to their error. Thank God corporate is involved and the agent filing the complaint against that location.

NICK IS THE ABSOLUTE BOMB! He searched and found us the best deal ever and saved us a ton of money for our vacation. Ask for Nick when making a reservation, dude will hook you up!

Customer service wasn't the best. I had to stand at the desk for 45 minutes before getting my rental. The employee that was working was very nice but he had to wash and move cars. He had to work alone that's poor scheduling on the management. I told the manager that I was taking my business elsewhere and they didn't do anything to stop me from going.

The lady in the reception was really helpful, after receiving really bad costumer service from National. We were able to get a car relatively fast, and the car was really nice.
