Alex was amazing, he was attentive, efficient, and so personable. The car was clean and in excellent condition. I dropped the car off after the location was closed, put the key in the return, and left. I got an email receipt with the exact price I had been quoted, which, by the way, was an excellent rate! I've never had a better experience.

Never had a bad experience renting from this location; mostly, I leave this review because of the expert way I've seen them handle some of the most angry and disrespectful customers imaginable. As a fellow customer service employee, I have great respect for the way they've handled it every time, and they're always friendly and cheerful when my turn comes.

I have been satisfied with the service and vehicles in the past. When booking online, it is a very quick and easy process at pick-up and drop-off with little to no wait. 

My most recent rental wasn't the best experience though. The car had dog hair on all the seats and the gas was only 3/4 full so I wonder if they even cleaned it and prepped it after the last rental return. I had to wait 30 minutes while they vacuumed it for me and it put me behind schedule for the day. The office was in desperate need of cleaning too. The floor could use a good mopping and the Hertz welcome mats needed vacuuming. I have had much better experiences with Hertz in the past though so I am hoping this was just a one-time thing.
