I have rented from Budget several times and I have usually been satisfied with how much I have paid. However the customer service at any location has been sub-par. They usually only have one person working which means I have had to wait way too long. It also means that the cars don’t get cleaned very well, if at all. Also I have never been able to call the specific location I’m renting from. It always redirects to their national number where they can’t help you because they can’t see your contract. When the last car I rented had nearly bald tires on the rear, on a rear wheel drive car, I had to take it to the airport to get a replacement car. There were so many people waiting for cars that my options were to wait for an hour or more, or pay more money for an upgraded vehicle. I have rented for the last time from Budget. I would not recommend renting from them.  You will more than likely be frustrated and disappointed.

Helped by 2 different staff members over the time of my rental. Very friendly and fast.

Customer service THERE was A W E S O M E!! 

Customer service over the phone... TERRIBLE! Wish my car was washed before we picked up too. We ended up having to wash it ourselves since we were driving out of state. Otherwise, a good experience!

Terrible experience.  
One hour late waiting for rental truck. 
Help came but did our check out wrong. 
Almost sent us with Truck without gas.
Lost our moving help, and having a newborn could not get home in time for her 

They need more help, that is trained when times get busy.

If your local avoid this place at all cost. If you’re from out of town don’t use this company. They don’t have their stuff together. When you call the phone number it goes to the one 800 budget number. There’s no way to contact the local number. Complete joke.  There’s nobody on site.

Good if you know what you're getting. Reservations mean nothing so if you have an important trip in the future, you'll probably get a car but probably not what you reserved. Their cars are super nice though, usually very high end trims. A Charger here will be fully loaded where a Charger at Enterprise will be fairly basic. I needed a pickup truck a couple weeks ago and got a very nice Ram 2500 Longhorn the same day I booked it. So if you can deal with gambling on reservations, the cars are super nice. Loss damage waiver through your credit card also takes the risk out of renting here.
