Rented in Cottonwood AZ while traveling.  Our plans changed several times and the staff was accommodating.  The car was clean when we picked it up and the rental process was quick and easy.

We had to rent two cars after a minor driveway fender bender sent both to the body shop. 

Dealing with Aimee made this stressful situation a pleasure! Aimee was very accommodating by upgrading the rental car our insurance wouldn't cover at their cost. Follow up calls to ensure we were happy with our rentals and a smooth return process made this a seamless transaction. 

Aimee is also one or the best multitaskers I've ever seen! Sealing with three customers, 2 computers and an insurance company simultaneously was mind boggling. She deserves a raise!

I am a local and semi-regular renter, also associated with hospitality service in the area that involves rentals for others at times.  Amy, the Regional Branch Manager, that has been in the area for a while now and  is the most spectacular case of a hard-working manager who leads by example that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering.  I am repeatedly impressed by her kind, efficient service and seemingly boundless dedication to her position and team!!  They are lucky to have her at Enterprise!!!

Travelling cross country in a motorhome and using Enterprise at the longer stops where we may need a vehicle. The pick up and drop off service works great and every location that we've used has great staff. Well done Enterprise.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I have rented here on half a dozen occasions. They are very accommodating and personable. I highly recommend this branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
