My friend and in rented a car at the Murray location in Utah. The guy at the counter was nice when we rented the vehicle. The minute we got out in the car, it was so dirty that you could not see out any of the side windows it or the back one.  Because it was at closing time when we rented it, we could not get through too complain about the cars filth. So we took it to the carwash which cost ten dollars to get clean because it was that dirty. 
On the day we were to return the vehicle, I called them at this location and explained that we would be returning the vehicle a little after  closing time. He was so nice about it and told me it was fine and to drop the keys in the drop off box. Well we get our credit card bill a few days later and he charged us another day, plus other outrageous charges. He said nothing about these charges the day I called him. In fact, he said that it was fine and not a problem about dropping it off after hours as long as it was returned before the place opened the next morning. This was a scandalous move as if we knew we were going to be charged another day, we would have kept the car.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, AT ALL, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

These guys were awesome. Hooked us up with a gps and got us a nice clean car for a great price. Didn't have any problem with the rental at all and didn't get a limit on our mileage during the rental period either. Great experience.

UPDATE: Thank you to Casey of Avis’s social media team for responding to me in a friendly, sympathetic way and agreeing to reverse the wrongful charges assessed on my account. While my eventual interaction with Casey was a bright spot, the rest of my experience was poor enough to keep me from renting from Avis again. If any of you decide to rent from Avis after reading about my experience, be warned of this: Avis has a policy of removing spare tires from their cars in an effort to stimulate participation in their “Roadside Safety Net” program. You will *not* be given notice that your car does not have a spare tire. So either pay for the service, or take your business elsewhere. Or bring a book for when you sit on the side of the road for several hours.

I have rented three times from the Avis located in Murray, Utah. I am very happy with this service. I found the best pricing by booking online and everything was what I expected when I arrived. The employee that works there is professional and punctual.
