I went there to buy a dishwasher and double oven. The manager recognize me being a regular customer. He told me to look around first as he has a Hispanic customer which he said he was a trying to "do away" with. He then went to to me and I ask about a Bosch double oven on display, which was 30 inches. I told him I needed a 26 inches oven while he and I were on our way to the cash register to look for the final price . He told me that this model was discontinued & seems annoyed when I told him I needed 26 inch unit. He seems mad as I wasted his time even if I have no knowledge that this the only one left. Dec 26 2016 noon manager should not be there because he seems a blight to HH Greg.

This is for the online ordering process, not the brick and mortar store. I placed an order online for an appliance after being assured through multiple means that it could be installed on a Saturday. All I had to do was call after placing the order and it could be arranged. Well guess what? I actually had to go into the store to arrange for installation (what is the point of ordering online if you still have to go to the store to arrange for installation?) and they don't install on a Saturday. I can't comment on the service beyond this point because I cancelled my order.

DON'T BUY HH GREGG'S EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN We purchased an entire kitchen suite Refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher 2 years ago. We purchased the Premier warranty plan. This past August, my refrigerator stopped cooling. i called HHGregg's warranty center to schedule a service visit. Since then there have been almost 10 visits to my home to repair the unit, it still is NOT working. it is unbelievable that in this day, a repair cannot be done in a reasonable timeframe. Twice, I requested a call back from a call center manager and was promised they would call in 24 hrs, we have not been contacted yet. The customer service representatives are courteous but there is no follow through. How do they stay in business? I try to be fair in my reviews, i am just shocked how this has progressed.

Store already closed . Please take this store off from the list of hhgreg stores to avoid inconvenience to the shoppers. Update 04/20/2017
