Had a great customer service experience here today in particular, but they usually have pretty helpful staff. They're pretty knowledgeable and make good suggestions when you compare options on different products. Easy parking with plenty of spaces available. They're also usually well-stocked or can get items you want pretty quickly. When I'm in the area, this is my go-to Best Buy.

All the associates I have dealt with are very helpful and friendly as well as the manager. Not often you find a place, especially a large chain, that really understands what customer service should be —about the customer. Great shopping experiences so far. Even if this isn’t your local Best Buy, I would recommend driving out of your way.

Horrible customer service. Bought a Bose Soundtouch 10 ($200 price tag) thinking it was a portable speaker, I was wrong. When I take it back to return, customer service specialist says "there was supposed to be a remote in here, do you have it?", I said "what remote?". Package that I bough never had a remote. So there's another reason to return it. They would not let me return it because "there is no remote ". Spoke with manager, told him that there was no remote in the package that I bought and he said "I'm sorry, you're going to be charged $20 to replace the remote or you keep it". I'm being penalized for their screw up. They expect me to magically manufacture a remote for this thing. Worst customer service I've ever put up with. Now I'm stuck with a $200 dollar speaker that I don't want that is also down a remote. Thanks Best Buy.

Laura was fantastic, ask her any questions you want about drones. She approached me which was nice, I didn't have to go looking for someone.This store has great customer service! I also use the Geek Squad here and they are very helpful.

It was very hard to find someone willing to help us. Most employees seemed preoccupied with their phones or talking to other employees. I will say that the front end staff was quite helpful and ensured a quick check out..
