They have many good appliances, but zero customer service. I wandered the store for half an hour the other day and was unable to find anyone to help me to purchase three appliances. Needless to say I went home and ordered them online from a different company.

 No pressure sales here. I love the "out of box" specials. Weird entrance however. It has two small sliding doors. Very akward.

Terrible customer service here. You cannot order unless you come into the store. Inventory and delivery scheduling information given over the phone is contradicted by employees in the store (on the phone they say they can deliver tomorrow, in the store they laugh at this idea). This is, of course, once you are able to get anyone's attention in the store, which takes a lot of time and effort. Employees are neither attentive not knowledgeable.

HH Gregg North Wales does not stand behind it's "Premium Warranty" for a large HDTV purchase.  They outsource this to the warranty company Warrantech (Texas and a division of AmTrust Financial Company - there should be no "Trust" with this company).  Warrantech and their local TV service provider A&M TV Service (Feasterville, PA) have been the worse customer experience of my life.  Bought the Warrantech "Premium Warranty" at HH Gregg for a 65 inch HD Sony TV and they have not resolved the problem after hours on the phone and several months of no TV.  The worst treatment I have ever experienced and I am reporting them to local consumer services, local television news stations and the Better Business Bureau.  They have been completely negligent.  I have previously made many large purchases from HH Gregg with reasonable salesmen but I will never use them again as a retailer and suggest other retailers.  Again I am reporting to other outlets so other customers do not have to experience this.

Had placed an order online the first time it was great,received it less than 5 days so I went off and did it again and almost 3 weeks now and still haven't received it, called them and no info, was asked to call back in the morning. So we will wait and see. Now what I ordered is on sale, let's see if they'll give it to me at the sale price to! To be continued...still waiting since
