I would like to thank Zak K. for his excellent customer service. He was extremely well informed, paid close attention to my needs, and made this discerning consumer very satisfied. I was pricing all-in-one printers and had done a fair amount of research before going anywhere to shop. Not only was Zak K. the only store associate to offer his assistance, he demonstrated poise and patience as I talked to him for nearly thirty minutes about my intended use of a printer. The HP printer he recommended is exactly what I was looking for and purchased it that very night. It's guys like Zak K. that will save brick-and-mortar establishments with their superior level of customer service. Thank you, again, Zak!

Huge improvements to what this store used to be. I will admit that I have not been in a Best Buy in some time, but I need to give them credit for upping their game. They have many of the newest technologies and even somethings I didn't know existed. Great job and shows why they have survived the retail apocalypse.

Such a great place took ask and get answers till ALL your technical questions. At Quakertown Best Buy ask for Kris Kraft an encyclopedia of cell phone technology and a very nice person!!!

Sometimes I think they might be a little pricey but the service from the employees is unbelievable unmatched so if I do spend a little bit more money for an item I don't mind because I can walk into the store and ask any kind of questions and actually have a sit down and be guided step by step to solve my issues. now the only problem I have is with the online holiday ordering I ordered something that when it was delivered to me it was not in a box, shipping labels were put all over the package and the package was pretty badly beat up I will be returning this item this week

Fast and easy service , I went to the front desk for what I needed and they helped me get in and out in about 10 minutes with what I wanted to get .
