We ordered the ribs and brisket combo with bean and cold slaw. The baby back ribs were nicely cooked and tender, fall-off-the-bones. The brisket had nice smoke rings, moist and not over powering with spices. We asked for extra BBQ sauce and the lady brought it right over. The baked beans had a tint of bourbon or whiskey favor and they were some of the best beans I had around the South or for the matter around the world. My wife and I travel a lot and we didn't expect this good of BBQ exist in a part of the country. We tasted a lot of BBQ during our 15 days Southwest trip and this has to be the number one. The price was reasonable and portion size was more than the 2 of us to finish. I had the leftover for lunch in the next couple days. Will definitely revisit this place the next time we are in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Best BBQ in Chattanooga, TN area, and one of my favorite restaurants. I didn't know what real BBQ was until I tried Hillbilly Willy's. I love family owned businesses. This is a well established local family owned business, owned by a hard working customer first family that’s passionate about their craft. Their craft is nothing other than painstakingly smoked fall off the bone ribs, pulled pork, beef, chicken, it’s all good. My go-to is simple-pulled pork sandwich with seasoned fries. Invest in the ribs if you’re just passing through and can’t come back for some time. I hope to see more locals supporting this place. There’s no other smoked BBQ and sauce that competes. The sauce. The original recipe mild BBQ sauce is one of my favorite sauces coming from the pallet of a sauce fanatic. Do yourself a favor and buy a bottle, their only 5 bucks, which was surprising, because I expected the handcrafted pork dressing to strip me of at least a 10 spot. Satisfied customer.

We had the pulled pork sandwich, beef brisket and ribs. All were served dry, but had plenty of natural juiciness, and lots of flavor. The house sauces are not the best I've ever had. But their meat NEEDS NO SAUCE. Outstanding, slow work over the smoker makes this a place not to miss. By the way, the sweet tea was very good, not oversweetened the way you sometimes get it. The lemonade was outstanding, with a strong emphasis on lemons. We didn't have room for dessert. So we can't say anything about that. But this is a great place to eat!

Don't judge this "book by its cover". It is a small little place in a shopping center, but you will find some of the best customer service and food in town. This is some of the best BBQ we have had in a long time. Sherry and George have created a down home welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like you are sitting down to eat with family. I had the stuffed pork potato and it was cooked to perfection and topped with some awesome pulled pork and delicious BBQ sauce. It just melted in my mouth. My husband had the fries plate which was fried covered in bbq, baked beans, and slaw. He said it was fantastic. The sweet tea was refreshing and the waitresses made sure you never ran out. The desserts are amazing as well. We highly recommend the Derby pie. They are extremely kid friendly as well. We will be back on our next visit to Chattanooga!

This place is amazing! The ribs were incredible. The meat fell right off the bone, and every bite was delicious whether you have just the dry rub, or with their mild or hot bbq sauce. Choosing sides was a tough decision but I had no regrets choosing the mac and cheese and the green beans. I'm not sure I've ever had such delicious green beans in my life. Can't wait until next time!
